摘　　要：全球化、信息化、知识化、网络化、虚拟化等新的领导环境在给企业领导者防范、监督和化解领导风险提供良好条件的同时,也孕育着更大的领导风险。这就要求领导者进一步转变传统领导观念,充分利用现代领导和管理科学来塑造自己的领导理念和领导方式,进而指导其领导实践活动。Now, there are good conditions of enterprises＇ leader, supervising and soluting the leading risk under the new enviornment of globalization, information-based, intellectualization, networking and virtualization. But there are bigger leading risk. So the leaders should change the tradional leading concept further, ultilize modem leading and management sciences to create their own leading idea and method, and then guard their leading practises.
