摘　　要：实践教学在高校应用性人才培养中具有十分重要的作用,金融专业的特点使得实验室教学成为金融理论与实践相结合、培养应用型金融人才的有效手段。金融专业实验教学应该在应用型人才培养模式基础上确立建设目标与途径、完善实践教学体系及运行机制、提高实验室使用效率。The paper aims to consider the effective approaches toward cultivation of applied financial personnel in line with the characters of financial major that integrate theory into practice through experimental instruction. The instruction should be enhanced through establishing crystal targets and perfect system to promote the efficiency of labs concerned.
