摘 要:目的:观察肝源性糖尿病病人营养治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析我院68例肝源性糖尿病病人营养治疗疗效,每天提供92.4~117.6KJ/kg(22~28千卡/kg)能量。蛋白质摄入量每日60~110g,占总热量20%,碳水化合物每日175~340g,占总热量的55%,脂肪为35~50g,占总热量的25%。主食采用荞麦饭或荞麦面,荞麦含量占主食的40%。抽取同期普通肝炎病人作为对照组,该组病人采用普食。结果:病人住院期间的血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白基本达到正常值。与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组血糖值与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:合理的热能营养素比例以及荞麦食物是有利于肝源性糖尿病病人的营养治疗。Objective :To observe the effect of the nutrition therapy of hepatic diabetes. Methods:To analyze the effect of nutrition therapy on 68 patients suffering hepatic diabetes between 2003 and 2007. They were supplied energy of 92.4-117.6 kJ/kg per day. The daily protein intake was 60- 110 grams, which accounted for 20% of the total calories intake, and the carbohydrates were 175-340 grams, accounting for 55% ,and the fat was 35-50 grams,accounting for 52%. The staple food of the patients was buckwheat rice and buckwheat noodles,of which the buckwheat accounted for 40%. Then we collected the sample of common hepatic patients of the same period as a control group,in which the patients took common food. Results: the hemoglobin, total protein and albumin of the patients suffering hepatic diabetes basically reached to a normal value. There were no significant differences compared with the control group(P〉0.05). However, the blood glucose values of the treatment group showed a significant difference (P〈0.05) compared with those before treatment.Conclusion :A reasonable proportion of energy nutriment, as well as buckwheat food, is helpful to the nutrition therapy of hepatic diabetes.
