摘　　要：目的研究趋化素样因子-1(chemokine like factor-1,CKLF-1)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达,探讨其与卵巢癌的关系及其临床生物学意义。方法采用免疫组化方法测定卵巢癌组织CKLF-1的表达,用人工半定量判定结果,并与各项临床指标进行统计学分析。结果CKLF-1在正常卵巢、良性及恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达水平依次增高(P<0.05),分别为0、0、45%;手术病理期别高、远处转移、有腹水的患者癌组织CKLF-1表达量高(P<0.05)。结论CKLF-1可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生侵袭、转移及不良预后相关。Objective To investigate the expression levels of CKLF - 1 as well as its clinical biological significance in ovarian cancers. Methods The expression levels of FAK were determined by immunohistochemistry on ovarian cancer tissues. The immunohis-tochemistry were evaluated by both standard pathologic retrospective analyses. Correlations among CKLF - 1 expressions and the clinicopathologic characteristics were analyzed. Results The expression level of CKLF - 1 was step up in turn in normal tissues, benign tumors and malignant tumors of the ovary. The rate of over expression was 0, 0 and 45% respectively. The expression level of CKLF - 1 was significantly associated with stage, presence of distant metastasis and presence of ascites （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions CKLF - 1 is over expressed in invasive ovarian cancers and might play an important role in ovarian cancer migration and invasion. Thus, CKLF - 1 may be a useful screening marker to identify new developed disease or a potential tumor marker in prognosis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
