摘　　要：该文阐述了近代宁波商人在汉口经商置业、兴建宁波里的历史,回顾里分由传统居住功能向商业功能的转变过程,同时对里分的空间形态与构造方式进行了分析,归纳出汉口临商业街里分住宅的特征。This article expounds the history that Ningbo merchants engaged in trade and built the Lifen House in Hankou, reviews the process of its transformation from residential function to commercial function, analyzes its space forms and construct modes, and concludes the characters of those facing business street.
