摘　　要：面对着Web2.0时代和新的学习观念,网络学习环境的主导设计VLE暴露出明显不足,难以适应新理念支持下的网络在线学习方式,于是一种新的设计理念——个人学习环境进入人们的研究视野。全面了解PLE的内涵、研究进展及其构建的意义,有助于人们对PLE进行更加深入的研究。In the face of the Web2.0 times and the new concepts of learning, VLE as a dominant design of the E-learning environment obviously exposes many defects, Such as is difficult to adapt to the online learning, so a new design philosophy - personal learning environment comes into our vision. Comprehensively understanding the connotation, the research progress, and the significances of PLE is helpful to people to do more thorough research.
