摘  要:纤维连接蛋白(FN)最重要的功能是促进细胞的粘连、生长,因而对传代细胞的贴壁、增殖具有重要意义。试验通过观察不同含有FN的培养液对CHO-C28细胞的贴壁、集落形成、细胞增长速度的不同作用,比较FN对CHO-C28细胞的影响,同时对比进口与国产FN之间的区别。证明FN对克隆形成及细胞增殖有明显的促进作用,进口FN组和国产FN组无明显区别。Fibronectin can promote cell adhesion and growth, which may play an important role in the adhesion and proliferation of passage cells. Based on mentioned a bove several groups of CHO-C28 cell cultures in this study in different culture mediums containing FN were investigated by observing their cell adhesion, colony formation and cell growth speed to analyze the effects of FN on CHO-C28 cells and the differences between foreign and domestic products of FN. The results indicated that FN played an important role of promotion in colony formation and proliferation, yet there was no significant difference between foreign and domestic products.
