摘　　要：针对危机管理的特点,从情报流向和情报循环两个角度重新界定危机管理中的情报工作。在此基础上,提出综合化动态化原有情报过程,设计情报部门与决策者、利益相关者及媒体的全新沟通方式,加强情报工作在危机恢复和危机学习中的作用,构建适用于危机管理的全新情报流程,并进一步设计出适应这种全新流程的危机情报部门结构。In accordance with the characteristics of crisis management, the paper redefines the intelligence work from the point of views of the intelligence flow and the intelligence process in crisis management. On the basis, it proposes to combine the dynamic of the original intelligence process, designs new communication among intelligence department and decision - makers, stakeholders and the media, improves the role of intelligence work in crisis restoration and learning , reconstructs the new intelligence process which is suitable for crisis management. Furthermore, the paper designs a new intelligence department for improve the effect of it in crisis management.
