摘　　要：在信息资源中,政府的信息资源是国家信息资源的重要组成部分。在我国政府信息资源建设过程中,借鉴西方发达国家的成功经验,结合我国的实际情况,以政府信息公开为前提,以信息技术为手段,以电子政务为平台,加快我国政府信息资源建设,实现社会信息化的跨跃式发展。In the information resources, the information resources of the government are important components of the national information resources. Information resources build course in our government, we want, use westem successful experience of developed country for reference, actual conditions to combine our country, disclose, for the prerequisite, regard information technology as the means with government information, regard E-government as the platform, accelerate the construction of information resources of our government, realize the jump type development of social IT application.
