摘　　要：数字参考咨询服务提供了良好的技术平台,也大大拓展了图书馆与用户互动的空间和互动的方式。以此,对数字参考咨询服务中互动进行分析,提出网络资源选择、用户话语权、行为互动、服务质量评价及人员管理等内容互动机制构建,以期对数字参考咨询项目运行过程互动交流起到一定的参考价值。Digital reference service provided a good platform, also greatly expanded the library and user interaction space and interactive way. This, the digital reference service interaction analysis, including its interactive network resource management options users the right to speak, and behavior interactions, and service quality evaluation and management staff, to the digital reference project operation process interaction plays a certain reference value.
