摘　　要：本文运用质性研究的方法对企业技术创新的财务风险进行了评价,并结合实际访谈资料运用模糊分析法对访谈数据进行了分析,在此基础上设置了财务风险评价指标体系,最后得出影响财务风险的关键指标。In this paper, financial risk of technological innovation in the enterprise is appraised by use qualitative investigations.And the fuzzy analytic approach is used to analyze the interview data combine with actual interview materials. On the basis of this, the index system of financial risk is set up. At last, the key indexes that influence on financial risk are given.
