摘　　要：自主神经系统(autonomic nervous system,ANS)在心脏分布密度极高,而心脏功能受ANS的调节。目前ANS在心脏功能调节中的作用倍受关注。ANS活性变化与心脏疾病,如心力衰竭等密切相关。因此,改善交感神经和迷走神经平衡,为心脏疾病的防治可提供重要的途径。The heart is extensively innervated by autonomic nervous system （ANS）, and cardiac function is controlled by the ANS. Recently, the roles of ANS in the regulation of cardiac function have gained much attention. It is known that changes in the activity of the ANS are often involved in heart diseases such as congestive heart failure. Therefore, improving balance between sympathetic and vagal nerve will provide an important basis for the prevention and treatment of heart diseases. This review focuses on the relationship between ANS and cardiac function.
