摘　　要：宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁女性的健康和生命。热激蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,Hsp70)在宫颈癌组织中过表达,而正常组织表达量少,表明H sp70在宫颈癌的发生和发展中起重要的作用。本文阐述了Hsp70在宫颈癌中的表达和在肿瘤免疫中的作用,及Hsp70在宫颈癌的诊断和治疗中潜在的应用价值。Cervical cancer is a common female cancer. It threats women＇s health and lives seriously. Heat shock protein 70 （Hsp70） is over-expressed in cervical cancer, but less expressed in normal cervix, which shows that Hsp70 plays an important role in the process of genesis, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. This paper expounds the expression of Hsp70 in cervical cancer, the function of Hsp70 in tumor immunity, and the potential application value of Hsp70 in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
