摘　　要：针对当前律师事务所信息化管理的滞后发展,已经严重地影响律师事务所的工作效率、服务质量和竞争力,阐述了采用C/S与B/S双模式的软件体系结构、基于.NET技术构建的律师事务管理系统的设计方法和实现技术,并对系统实现的关键问题与关键技术进行了分析和讨论。系统实现了电子化协同办公与知识管理,提高律师事务所的工作效率、业务水平及规范化管理水平,对企业的办公自动化、管理科学化和高效化、决策智能化建设具有重要的参考价值。A lawyer business management system used by the software architecture of C/S and B/S, which is based on.NET technology is designed, some key points in dealing with this system are discussed. Synergies of the electronic office and knowledge management are achieved; the efficiency of the lawyer, business standards and the level of management standards is improved. It has important reference value to the automation of the enterprise office, scientific and efficient management, and making decision intelligent and so on.
