静脉输液小组对肝功能衰竭患者PICC置管及护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的通过比较成立静脉输液小组前后肝功能衰竭患者PICC置管水平及术中、术后并发症的发生等,推断成立静脉输液小组对PICC置管质量和术后维护的重要性。方法对成立前的45例与成立后的47例肝功能衰竭患者PICC置管时间、1次穿刺成功率、穿刺时的出血量和静脉炎的发生率进行比较,并进行统计学处理。结果小组成立前后PICC置管时间分别为(30～60)min、(20～40)min,1次穿刺成功率分别为63%、82%,穿刺时的出血量分别为(1～3)、(0.1～1)ml,静脉炎发生率分别为24.0%、6.6%。小组成立后的置管时间、1次穿刺成功率、出血量、静脉炎发生率都好于小组成立前(P<0.05)。结论成立静脉输液小组,可提高穿刺技术水平和减少并发症,使PICC更安全有效。Objective To explore the importance of venous infusion team to PICC intubatuin quality and maintenance by comparing the skills of PICC intubation,and incidence rate of complications before and after the establishment of intravenous infusion group. Methods The PICC operational time,success rate of first puncture , the amount of bleeding and the incidence of phlebitis were compared between pre-and after the establishment of intravenous infusion groups（45,47）. Results Statistical differences were significant between groups pre-and after the establishment of intravenous infusion teams with PICC operational time（30-60 mins, 20-40mins）, first puncture success rate（63%,82%） ,the amount of bleeding （1-3 ml,0. 1-1 ml）,the incidence of phlebitis （24.0%, 6.6%） （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Establishing venous infusion group may increase intravenous puncture ability,decrease complications and make PICC more safe and effective.
