摘　　要：高职生创业境况总体来说处于窘困之态,创业指导服务体系及其运行机制的缺位是十分重要的原因,必须构建高职生创业指导服务体系及其运行机制。创业指导服务体系建设包括团队建设、环境建设和制度建设;运行机制建设主要包括动力机制、保障机制、合力机制及绩效机制建设。It is very difficult for higher vocational college students to receive perfect enterprise education because of many reasons. One of the main reasons is that the system of enterprise pioneering guidance and service as well as its operational mechanism has not been established. The system of enterprise pioneering guidance and service could be constructed with a good team, good surroundings and with the construction of motivation mechanism, support anism. good regulations. The operational system could be constructed mechanism, composite force mechanism and performance mechanism.
