摘 要:综合考虑液体可压缩性与液体连续流条件的影响,建立了三缸内燃泵(ICP)配流阀的动力学模型,研究了配流阀的容积效率特性。样机工作频率与配流阀的固有频率成整数倍关系时,容积效率大幅度降低。样机标定转速与容积效率最低时的转速较为接近,不利于系统正常稳定工作。容积效率的变化对ICP的燃油消耗率、输出流量、有效热效率、有效功率等性能指标影响较大,但对输出压力基本没有影响。Taking the compressibility and continuity characteristics of liquid into account, the dynamic model of distributing valves was constructed, and the volumetric efficiency character was studied. When the working frequency was approximately to the round number times of the natural frequency of valves, the efficiency was seriously low. The nominal rotational speed of the prototype was close to the speed where the volumetric efficiency was the lowest, which was harmful to the normal work of ICP. The change of volumetric efficiency has great influence on the fuel-consumption, output flow, effective thermal efficiency, effective power and so on, but little on the output pressure.
