摘 要:为了实现对螺旋轴中频淬火,对螺旋轴进行运动分析,提出用三轴两联动机床对其进行中频淬火的方法;在对伺服系统研究的基础上,采用计算机数控、步进电机、滚珠丝杠和能量控制器等技术,有效解决了复杂淬火工艺下的运动精度和能量控制问题,研制出具有功能性强、配套性好的螺旋轴中频淬火机床.该机床操作维修方便、高效节能且淬火质量稳定,若对工装条件稍加改动又能对直线型、盘类等工件进行中频淬火,既节约成本,又提高设备利用率.In order to implementing mid-frequency quenching of spiral shafts, the kinematics of the spiral shaft was analyzed and a machine tool with three axes and two linkages was presented for mid-frequency quenching. Based on the investigation of servo systems and by using computer numerical control, stepping motors; leading screw with ball bearing, and energy controller, the problems of movement accuracy and energy control concerned to complex quenching technology were effectively settled up and a machine tool with powerful function and good compatibility was developed for mid-frequency quenching of spiral shafts. This machine tool is easy to operate and maintain of high efficiency and energy-saving, and of stable quenching quality. After minute remodeling of its auxiliaries, the mid-frequency quenching of straight shafts and disk-shaped pieces can be completed as well with reduced cost and improved utilization of equipment.
