上消化道异物的内镜诊治体会

摘　　要：目的总结内镜处理上消化道异物的经验。方法回顾性分析我院2004年10月-2008年6月期间诊治的54例上消化道异物患者进行内镜处理异物的情况。结果本组54例患者中共有56件异物，其中异物位于食管内16件、胃内39件、十二指肠1件，共有52例54件异物经内镜治疗成功。未出现严重并发症，治疗成功率96．3％。结论应用内镜取出上消化道异物是安全有效的治疗方法。对儿童上消化道异物应用成人胃镜治疗也是安全、有效的。上消化道异物一旦确诊，又无内镜检查禁忌症者，均应积极行内镜处理。Objective To summarize the experience in treating upper digestive tract foreign objects by using endoscope. Methods Analysis was conducted as regards the result of treating 54 cases with upper digestive tract foreign objects by endoscope from Oct. 2004 to Jun. 2008 in our hospital. Results Of the 56 foreign objects in the 54 sufferers, 16 were in the esophagns, 39 in the stomach and one in the duodenum. 54 foreign objects of 52 cases were taken out successfully by endoscope. 96.3% of the operations succeeded and none serious complications occurred. Conclusion The therapy of taking out foreign objects from upper digestive tract by using endoscope is secure and effective. It is also suitable to the children. The upper digestive tract foreign objects couid be extracted by using endoscope without any contraindication.
