天津市住宅冬季室内环境现状调查及分析评价

摘　　要：以当前人们的居住环境质量与日益增长的生活水平之间产生的矛盾为背景，采用主观评价和客观评价相结合的方式，对天津市住宅冬季室内环境状况进行调查及分析评价．在天津市市内六区的200户住宅进行了问卷调查，并对其中入住时间不同且有代表性的20户多层住宅进行环境参数的实际测量．利用模糊综合评价对住宅室内环境进行了总体客观评价．通过此次调查发现居民对热湿环境、室内空气品质、声环境等的感觉是基本满意．但通过实测及客观评价发现装修不到1年便入住的居民室内甲醛、苯的含量较高，评判结果为室内空气质量为中级污染；而入住1～3年、3～5年的住宅也均属中级污染，不容乐观．Under the background of the contradiction between the people＇s living environment quality and the growing standard of living, using a way of combination of subjective evaluation and objective evaluation, the author invested and analysed residential winter indoor environmental conditions of Tianjin. A total of 200 sets of questionnaires are sent to the resident buildings occupants in 6 Districts in Tianjin. Then the test to the environmental parameters in 20 representative residential units according to the occupancy time carries out. The overall objective assessment to the residence indoor environment is set up with fuzzy mathematics methods. Through the survey, it is be found that the occupants are satisfied basically with the thermal and moisture environment, indoor air quality, acoustic environment etc.. But the concentration of toluene and benzene is extremely high in those houses less than 1 year after the decoration. The results showed that the indoor air quality neared to serious pollution level, while the occupancy times of 1 - 3 years, 3 - 5 years and more than 5 years are all belong to slightly pollution. Those conditions are far more beyond satisfaction.
