摘 要:文章介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的数控四声道音频处理器自动化测试系统。音频处理器电路是电子消费产品中常用的电路,以PC机、NI公司的动态信号采集卡PCI-4474、高速信号输出卡PCI-6371、分选机JS-200为硬件基础,以图形化编程语言LabVIEW8.2为软件开发环境,开发音频处理器的自动化测试系统,实现音频信号的发生、采集、处理与分析等功能,有效地降低了测试成本及提高了测试灵活性。This article introduces an automated test system of a digital-controlled four channel audio processor which is based on the virtual instrumentation (VI) technology. Audio processing integrated circuit (IC) is commonly used in the electronic consume area. The automated test system of an audio processor is based on PC,NI dynamic signal acquisition board PCI-4474, high-speed voltage output board PCI-6731 and JS-200 test handler hardware platforms, applying graphic programming language LabVIEW8.2 as the software development environment. It implements the functionalities of audio signal generation, acquisition, processing and analyzing, which is effectively reduces the test cost and in the meanwhile improves the test flexibility.
