摘　　要：目的:总结乳腺癌根治术后并发症的临床观察及护理经验,从而有效地预防或降低并发症的发生。方法:回顾性分析我院2006—01～2008—04行乳腺癌根治术的192例患者的临床资料,并对术后并发症的临床观察及护理进行分析与总结。结果:192例乳腺癌根治术患者,发生术后并发症54例,并发症发生率为28.12%。通过有效地护理措施,54例患者均痊愈出院。结论:乳腺癌根治术后并发症多,术前系统的心理护理及健康教育,术后严密观察伤口情况,加强引流管的管理及对患侧上肢功能锻炼的指导,是预防或减少并发症发生的重要环节。Objective：To summarize the experience in clinical observation and nursing for complications following radical operation on mammary cancer,so as to effectively prevent or reduce their occurrence. Method：We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 192 patients who had taken radical operations on mammary cancer in our hospital from January, 2006 to April, 2008 and investigated the clinical observation and nursing for complications after the operation. Result ：Out of these 192 patients, 54 eases suffered from post--operation complications,the occurring rate being 28.12 %. The 54 patients were all cured with effective nursing measures and left hospital. Conclusion ： A lot of complications may occur following radical operation on mammary cancer. Systematic pre--operation mental nursing and heahh education,careful observation of the wound,enhancement of the monitoring of the drainage--tube and instruction in the function exercise of the affected upper limbs are important to prevent or reduce the occurrence of complications.
