新型脂肽类抗生素产生菌Streptomyces sp.DT-08的早期鉴别

摘　　要：从南京玄武湖边土壤中分离到一株次级代谢产物抗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的放线菌DT-08,该菌株与玫瑰孢链霉菌NRRL11379十分相似,可合成达托霉素。从该菌株的培养特征、菌丝特征、生理生化特征、TLC行为、16SrDNA序列分析5个方面对该菌株进行早期鉴别,其16SrDNA序列与Streptomyces parvus 3151相似性为99%,命名为Streptomyces sp.DT-08。An actinomycete strain with activity against MRSA was isolated from Xuanwu Lake in Nanjing, which can also produce daptomycin that similar to NRRL 11379. The research focused on studying of the culture characteristics, mycelia morphological characteristics, physical and chemical characteristics, TLC spectrum and 16SrDNA of the stain. The results showed that the similarity of 16SrDNA between the actinomycete strain and Streptomyces parvus strain 3151 was nearly 99%, so it was named Streptomyces sp. DT-08.
