摘　　要：广泛开展政府、学校、企业共建合作,拓展学校发展空间,依托行业建设特色优势学科专业,形成以特色和优势学科为主体的核心竞争力,加强产学研结合和实践教学,培养"适应能力强、实干精神强、创新意识强"的高素质人才,提高人才培养质量和服务社会的能力,促进学校向高水平大学发展。It is important to expand the developing space of a university through the cooperation of government,school and industry,and build up advantageous disciplines and majors with the support of industries in order to achieve core competitiveness based on individuality and superiority.The university should emphasize the cooperation among industry,educational and research institutes and strengthen students' ability through field practice.The quality talents should be adaptive,diligent and creative.Improving talents' quality and social service ability is the way to build an advanced university.
