摘　　要：早在20世纪90年代就有研究者开始了肾脏病尿蛋白组学的研究。应用双向电泳结合质谱技术寻找诊断疾病和判断预后的特异性标志物，分析疾病的分子机制以及找到药物作用的新靶点是蛋白组学研究的目标。本文就近几年尿蛋白组学技术在临床常见肾脏病，如肾病综合征、IgA肾病、狼疮性肾炎、糖尿病肾病等领域的研究及应用予以综述。As early as in the 1990＇s, nephrologists began the study of proteomics in renal disease. The aim is to find specific biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis, to analyze molecular mechanisms and to find new therapeutic targets with the technology of 2-DE and mass spectrometry. This article reviews current ap- plication of urinary proteomies in common renal diseases, such as nephrotic syndrome, IgA nephropathy, lupus nephritis, diabetic nephropathy and so on.
