摘　　要：目的基于口腔专科医院信息管理系统建设和电子病历系统开发的需要,设计适合临床电子病历录入、管理的口腔专科电子病历模板,促进口腔专科电子病历的推广应用。方法在Windows 2000/XP平台上,采用面向对象技术,结合Html、XML、C#语言,利用自主开发的片段和标签设计,在DreamweaverMx 2004软件中,通过层叠样式表单(cascading style sheets,CSS)完成口腔专科电子病历模板的设计。结果本研究成功建立了口腔专科电子病历模板,该模板可实现电子病历快速录入、病案质量管理、临床诊疗信息保存、查询等功能,满足口腔专科电子病历信息化管理的需要。结论本研究设计的口腔专科电子病历模板,不但为建立口腔专科医院电子病历数据库和电子病历的共享、交换中心提供了信息载体,而且为今后建立完善统一的口腔专科电子病历模板库积累了经验。Objective Based on oral specialist hospital information system construction and management of electronic medical re- cords system development needs,oral EMR templates which were suitable for EMR entry and management were designed to promote the use of EMR. Methods In Windows 2000/XP platform,object-oriented technology,combined with Html,XML,C g language, using the fragment and label design,Oral Electronic medical record template design was completed through cascading style sheets （CSS） in DreamweaverMx2004 software. Results This study successfully established the oral electronic medical records specialist template. These templates achieved rapid entry of electronic medical records, medical records quality management, the preservation and query of clinical information. These functions met the requirement of oral electronic medical records information management. Conclusion The design of oral electronic medical records template not only provided information carriers for the foundation of oral hospital EMR databases and the sharing and exchange center of EMR, but also accumulated experience for the future establishment of complete reunification of the oral electronic medieal record template library.
