摘　　要：目的探讨高职高专院校入学新生学习动机特点。方法采用自编的学习动机调查问卷对某高职高专院校1 809名学生进行分析。结果选择次数占总选择次数前3位的依次是:想掌握专门的知识和技能占23.8%,其次为了今后就职方便,为23.2%,想提高自己的教育水平为第3位是19.9%。男女大学生学习动机的表现有一定差异。结论现在的大学生学习动机较为理智,现实性较强。就业问题是大学生最关心的事情。Objective To explore the study motivation of new entrants of a high occupational college. Methods A total of 1 809 new entrants of a high oceupational college were tested by sdf-compiled study motivation checklists. Results The first to the third in all the data that were sorted by descend were： to grasp the special knowledge （23.8%）, to get a job easily （23.2%）, and to raise self-educational level （19.9%）, respectively. There was a difference between the male and female students. Conclusions The study motivation of new entrants of the college is sensible. Their firstly concerned thing is the employment.
