摘　　要：目的了解大学生性知识水平和性教育需求。方法采用分层整群抽样方法对衡阳市南华大学的432名在校大学生进行匿名调查。结果大学生对性知识"了解很多"的为4.4%,"基本上了解"的为35.1%;大学生现有的性知识主要来源于书刊、报纸和杂志(41.9%);希望在大学受到系统性教育的大学生为86.3%(男生82.9%,女生91.4%);大学生认为较好的性教育方式是设立专门的课程(40.5%)和专题讲座(30.6%)。结论大学生性知识比较缺乏,渴求通过多样化方式在大学受到系统的性健康教育。Objective To understand the level of sexual knowledge and the demands of sexual education in college students. Methods A anonymity survey was conducted among 432 college students from University of South China in Hengyang City by using stratified cluster sampling. Results Of the college students, 4.4% believed ＂knowing much＂ about sexual knowledge, and 35.1% believed ＂knowing basically＂. The present sexual knowledge came mainly from books, newspapers and magazines （41.9%）, and 86.3% of the students hoped to receive the systematic sexual education （male, 82.9 %, female, 91.4 % ）. The special course （ 40.5 % ） and lectures （ 30.6 % ） about sexual knowledge were thought reasonable. Conclusions The sexual knowledge of college students is poor and they long for receiving the systematic sexual education by using various methods.
