摘 要:车辙是当前沥青混凝土路面最为突出的问题之一,而空隙率是影响沥青混凝土路面性能最为显著的要素之一,沥青混合料空隙率对其抗车辙性能影响较大。首先以影响空隙率最为主要的3个因素(压实功、沥青含量、级配结构)作为基点,设计了3种不同条件下形成不同空隙率的试验方案,然后借助于车辙仪进行室内试验,并对得到的试验结果从理论上进行了可靠性分析,最终确定了每种试验方案沥青混合料空隙率与最佳抗车辙性能的临界点,这为下一步设计出最优抗车辙性能沥青混合料级配奠定了实践及理论基础。Asphalt pavement rutting is one of the most commonly observed pavement distresses, and the air void of asphalt mixture has a major influence on performance of asphalt pavement rutting resistance. The relationship between the air void distribution in asphalt mixture and their rutting resistance performance is evaluated. Asphalt mixture specimens are prepared to have different air void distribution through three kinds of method, different compaction power, asphalt content and gradations. The wheel rut tester is used in this research for laboratory testing, and the results are analyzed theoretically. The analysis results clearly demonstrate the influence of air void distribution on rutting resistance of asphalt mixture. And critical correlations are found between air void distribution of asphalt mixture and the best rutting resistance for all kinds used in this paper. Consequently, the analysis results presented in this paper can be used to optimize the resistance to rutting damage of asphalt mixture
