大鼠中缝大核的超微结构

摘  要:用电镜观察了大鼠中缝大核神经细胞、神经纤维和突触结构的超微结构特征。大型神经元富含细胞器,核膜多有凹陷,胞膜呈多棘和无棘两种形态;中型神经元为梭形和多极细胞,部分中型神经元表现为高电子密度;小型神经元多呈圆形,胞质和细胞器稀少。易见各型神经元和胶质细胞形成的并置关系。中缝大核以有髓纤维分布为主,其间密布突触结构,绝大部分为轴一树突触,大型和中型神经元表面易见轴一体突触,尚可见少量的轴一轴突触,突触复合体等;突触前终扣根据所含囊泡分为4种类型。The ultrastructural features of neurons,fibers and synap- tic organizations in the rat's Nucleus Raphe Magnus(NRM)have been examined by the electron microscope.NRM contains large,medium-sized and small neurons.Large neurons are distinguishable by their large size, richness in organelles,indented nuclei and a high density of axosomatie synapses.The perikaryal membrane surface of the large neurons presents two types:one is smooth and the other studded with numerous somatic spcines.The medium—sized neurons are stellate and fusiform cells.Some medium sized neurons show a dense cytoplasm.Small neurons are spherical or oval cells,sparse in organelles.Neurons in apposition with glial ceils are easily observed in the NRM.There is a density of myelinated fibers, dendrites,axon terminals and synapses in the NRM.AXodendritic synapses are the dominant form of synaptic interaction.Axosomatic synapseso occur most frequently on large and medium-sized neurons.The axo-axnie synapses,axo-dendro-dendritic synapses,dendritic spines and axon term- inal spines are also seen in the NRM.Four different categories of the presynaptic boutons can be recognized according to their synaptic vesicles.
