全自动琼脂糖电泳系统在孕妇Hb病检查中的应用

摘　　要：探讨全自动琼脂糖电泳系统用于孕妇产前血红蛋白(Hb)病检查的意义,并对4108例检测结果进行分析。使用北京金桑特医用仪器有限公司生产的SH-2020全自动琼脂糖电泳系统进行Hb电泳测定。检出α地中海贫血(HbH病)7例(0.17%),β-地中海贫血136例(3.3%),HbE病3例(0.07%),HbG病4例(0.09%),HbD病1例。结果表明,全自动琼脂糖电泳系统用于孕妇产前Hb病的检查,特别是产前检查β-地中海贫血、降低新生儿出生缺陷率有很好的效果。Objective：To investigate the automatic agarose gel electrophoresis system for pregnant women hemoglobin （Hb） disease,and 4108 cases of test results for analysis.Method：the use of SH-2020 fully automatic agarose gel electrophoresis system of the Beijing JinSangte Medical Instrument Company to Hb electrophoresis.Resuits：detectionα-thalassemia （HbH disease） seven cases （0.17%）,HbE 3 cases （0.07%）,HbG 4 cases （0.09%）,HbD 1 cases,β-thalassemia 136 cases （3.3%）.Conclusion：Automatic agarose gel electrophoresis system for pregnant women prenatal Hb of the inspection,particularly prenatal careβ-thalassemia,reducing birth defect rate is very good results.
