摘　　要：内蒙古高校高水平运动队的发展受到缺乏高水平运动员、教练员业务水平及专职化程度偏低、训练经费严重不足、参赛机会少、管理不规范等因素的制约。并从高水平运动队目标定位,运动训练管理制度,教练员选拔、培训,高水平运动员文化学习,训练经费要多元化、制度化等角度提出建议和对策,以期望为今后内蒙古高校高水平运动队的发展提供参考。The Inner Mongolian university high level Sports Team＇s development receives the deficient high level athlete, the trainer vocational level and the specialty degree is somewhat low, the training funds serious insufficiency, the participative opportunity are few, factor and so on management not standard restrictions. And from the high level Sports Team localization of target, the movement training management system, the trainer selects, training, the high level athlete culture study, the training funds must multiply, angles and so on institution to propose that the suggestion and the countermeasure, expected will provide the reference for the next Inner Mongolia university high level Sports Team＇s development.
