摘 要:驯化前后混合微生物于30℃、160 r/m条件下,在辉铜矿矿浆质量浓度分别为50 g/L、100 g/L和200 g/L的9 K和Leathen培养基中培养40 d.结果表明:在9 K培养基中,驯化后混合微生物浸出Cu2+的质量浓度较未驯化的混合微生物分别增加了1008、1433和1452 mg/L,浸出率分别增加了8.92%、6.37%和2.32%;在Leathen培养基中,驯化后浸出Cu2+的质量浓度分别增加了1012、1415和1 552 mg/L,浸出率分别增加了9.00%、6.28%和3.48%;驯化前后混合微生物在辉铜矿矿浆质量浓度为40 g/L、30℃、160 r/m条件下培养10 d后,驯化后的混合微生物中6#和9#菌株大量生长,而驯化前的混合微生物中1#和2#菌株大量生长,表明混合微生物中不同微生物菌株生长量的变化导致混合微生物浸矿效果的差异.Mixed microorganisms were cultured, at 30 ℃ and under the condition of 160 r/m, in the medium containing 50 g/L,100 g/L and 200 g/L of chalcocite pulp for 40 days before and after their taming. Results show that the concentration of Cu^2+ leached in 9 K medium by the organisms after their taming is increased respectively to 1 008 mg/L, 1 433 mg/L and 1 452 mg/L, with its leaching rates increasing to 8. 92%, 6. 37% and 2. 32%, compared to those before their taming; that the concentration of Cu^2+ leached in Leathen medium is increased respectively to 1 012 mg/L, 1 415 mg/L and 1 552 mg/L respectively, with its leaching rates increasing to 9 % 6. 28% and 3.48% . and that 10 days after leaching in the medium containing 40 g/L of chalcocite pulp at 30℃ under the condition of 160 r/m, there appears a large quantity of strain 6 and strain 9 for tamed organisms, and a large quantity of strain 1 and strain 2 for untamed ones, thus indicating that changes in growth quantity of different microbial strains may lead to difference of leaching results.
