摘 要:上海交通大学医学院基础医学实验教学中心形成了由基础医学院领导,中心独立运行、人员归属实验教学中心的管理体制。同时,优化配置,共享实验教学资源,为多学科实验教学的交叉、融合提供技术平台;并以教研室为支撑,理论教学与实验教学相结合,打破学科界限,改变以课程为单位的实验课程,构建整合式实验教学课程体系:基础性实验、综合性实验和设计性实验(含探究性实验)。实验教学与科研、临床相结合,经典实验与现代技术相结合,实验教学手段多样化,提升实验教学在培养学生实践能力和创新能力中的作用,提高实验教学质量。The Experimental Teaching Center, a management system led by School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiaotong University, operates independently with all teaching staffs charged by the center. The center aims at optimizing resource allocation and achieving sharing of experimental resources in order to provide a technology platform for multi-subject crosstalk and integration. Supported by individual department, the center combines theoretical teaching and experimental teaching together, breaks course limit to construct an integrated experimental teaching system including basic experiments, comprehensive experiments and design-oriented experiments (including research based learning) to replace the traditional experimental courses based on individual subject. The experimental teaching is combined with medical research and clinical practice. Students encourage to perform classic experiments with modern techniques. Teaching instruments are verified to promote the role of experimental teaching in the cultivation of students' capability of practice and innovation and finally enhance teaching quality.
