摘　　要：目的调查上海交通大学口腔医学院毕业生的综合素质情况。方法对该院2003～2006届口腔专业毕业生及用人单位进行问卷调研，并对近4年该院口腔专业毕业生就业情况、医疗能力、科研能力、教学能力、医德医风、英语水平、计算机能力和自我发展等方面进行分析，了解毕业生和用人单位对教学质量的意见和建议。结果调查显示，91．8％的毕业生对学校教学质量较满意，98．5％的毕业生认为学校的声誉好和较好，97．4％的单位对我校的教学质量满意或较满意，96．5％的单位认为我校的社会声誉好或较好。结论通过调查，期望为学院教学改革、学生培养提供参考，为在校医学生个人培养、职业规划提供建议。Objective To investigate the comprehensive quality of stomatological graduates from College of stomatology, Shanghai Jiaotong University in recent 4 years. Methods Based on the questionnaires to stomatological graduates from 2003 to 2006 and their employers, graduates＇ employment, clinical skill, research ability, teaching ability, morality, English level, computer application ability, self-improvement were analysed. The feedback on education quality from them was also collected. Results The comprehensive quality of stomatological gradaates in recent 4 years of college of stomatolosy, shanghai Jiaotong University was satisfactory. Conclusion The investigation gives reference on educational reform, training medical graduates and career planning.
