美国专业教育质量认证制度对中国艺术院校评估工作的启示

摘　　要：中国高等教育的教学评估工作开始走向规范化、科学化、制度化和专业化的发展阶段,如何协调艺术学科建设的专业特色和规范、科学的评估标准之间的矛盾问题还需要在具体的实践中探索。国外高等教育评估的实践已有很长的历史,在解决这类问题方面可提供一些有益的经验和参考。这里以美国高等院校的专业评审为例来剖析西方国家的质量认证制度对专业建设的推动及影响。Teaching evaluation work of Chinese higher education is in a developing stage of standardized, scientific, institutional and professional. It needs to be solved in practice to coordinate the major characteristics of art disciplines and the professional and scientific evaluation norms. There is a long history of higher education evaluation in foreign countries. They may provide some useful experience and references. The paper takes the specialized evaluation of US institutions of higher learning as example to an- alyze the influence and promotion of quality certification system of Western countries on major construction.
