摘  要:目的:探讨CD105和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在星形细胞瘤组织中的表达及其与血管生成的关系,为星形细胞瘤的生物治疗提供依据。方法:免疫组化法检测正常脑组织、低(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)和高级别(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)星形细胞瘤组织及瘤旁组织中CD105和VEGF、TGF-β1蛋白表达。结果:星形细胞瘤组织中CD105标染的微血管密度(CD105-MVD)和VEGF、TGF-β1蛋白表达水平明显高于瘤旁组织和正常脑组织,P<0.01。高级星形细胞瘤CD105-MVD和VEGF、TGF-β1蛋白表达水平均高于低级。星形细胞瘤组织中VEGF高表达组及TGF-β1高表达组CD105-MVD显著高于低表达和阴性组(P<0.05),低表达组高于阴性表达组,P<0.05。TGF-β1与VEGF在星形细胞瘤中表达具有正相关性,P<0.01。结论:CD105、VEGF与TGF-β1联合检测是判断星形细胞瘤恶性程度有价值的指标,以三者为靶点的抗肿瘤治疗将为星形细胞瘤的治疗带来新的选择。OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of CD105, VEGF and TGF-β1 in human astrocytoma and their relationship with angiogenesis, and supply evidence for clinical treatment. METHODS: Immunochemical method was used to determine the expression of CD105, VEGF and TGF-β1 protein in 56 cases of low-grade astrocytomas and paratumor tissue, and 56 cases of high-grade astrocytomas and paratumor tissue, and 10 cases of normal brain tissues were used as control group. RESULTS: Com pared to the control group and paratumor tissue, the CD105-MVD and VEGF, TGF-β1 immunopositive cells were all increased sig- nificantly in the astrocytomas, P 〈 0.01. The expression of CD105-MVD and VEGF, TGF-β1 were all increased significantly in the high-grade astrocytomas versus to the low-grade astrocyto mas. There were all statistically significant about CD105-MVD a- mong the significantly expressed group, the lower expressed group and negative group o{ VEGF and TGF-β1, P〈0.05. Ac- cording to the correlation analysis, the expression of TGF-β1 was positive correlation with VEGF, P〈0.01. CONCLUSIONS: The CD105, VEGF and TGF-β1 might be combined utilized to discrim- inate the malignant degree of astrocytoma.
