c-erbB-2、P^(53)和PCNA蛋白在肺癌中的表达特点及其意义

摘　　要：本研究采用S－p免疫组化法，应用C－erbB－2、p53、PCNA抗体对67例肺癌、10例肺良性肿瘤石蜡包埋标本进行检测，并探讨了c-erbB-2与P53在肺癌预后方面的意义。结果显示：(1)c-erbB-2蛋白过量表达与肺癌组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移及生存期长短明显相关。（2）P53阳性表达与肺癌患者伴有吸烟史有关。（3）c-erbB-2表达强度与PCNA表达强度存在明显正相关。结论提示：c-erbB-2与PCNA共同表达可作为临床判断非小细胞肺癌预后的较好指标。The expression of c - erbB - 2, P53 and PCNA were detected in human lungcarcinoma and lung benign tumor by s - p immunohistochemical staining on sections.The significance of c - erbB - 2, P53 and PCNA in lung carcinoma, prognosis was discussed. The results are as folloWs: (l )There were significant correlation between expression of c - erbB - 2 oncoprotein and the histologic subtypes, lymph node metastasis andsurrival rale in lung carcinoma. (2) There was significant correlation between expressionof P53 gene protein and lung carcinoma from smokes. (3) The PCNA expression wasclosely assciated with clinical TNM stages of lung carcinoma and the prognosis of patients. our resuts suggest that the expression of both c - erbB - 2 and PCNA may be usedas a good biologic marker of prognosis in lung carcimoma.
