摘　　要：实验教学是防原医学教学的重要组成部分，加强实验教学有利于培养学员实际操作能力、综合分析能力和创新性思维能力。当前研究生担任实验助教在高校正逐步开展，但存在很多问题。从研究生的角度，对实验教学设立研究生助教的作用和意义，存在的问题及对策作初步探讨。Experiment teaching is unneglectable in radiation medicine teaching. Strengthening experiment teaching plays an important role in cultivating the ability of practical performance, comprehensive analysis and innovative thinking for students. With the prevalent adoption of teaching asistants （TA） by postgraduates in experiment teaching, many problems arised. This article aims to disscus the significanees, existing problems and solutions evoked by postgraduates TA.
