摘 要:提出一种利用反渗透(RO)膜技术来批量浓缩豆清废水中大豆低聚糖的新工艺流程。介绍了40T/h浓缩过程的控制要求。设计了仪电一体化的计算机控制系统。控制系统结构采用以工控机(IPC)及触摸屏为操作站,PLC为控制站。PLC采用Siemens的S7-400的CPU及ET200M远程I/O。MCC的软启动器采用3RW系列。实践证明,该工艺流程及控制系统运行可靠,操作及维护方便,膜系统达到了废水处理同时回收高附加值产品的理想效果,有利于膜技术在环境保护及特种分离领域的推广应用。A novel reverse osmosis (RO) batch process for recovery of oligosaecharides from streamed soybean wastewater was investigated. Technical flow and control requirements for 40T/h reverse osmosis (RO) concentration process were introduced. One process control system was designed. The control system was integrated by industrial personal computer (IPC) as operation station,Siemens S7-400 PLC and ET 200M remote I/Os as control station. Motor control centers (MCC) were driven by 3 RW soft- starters. It was proved that the design could meet the technical requirements with rehability and efficiency in operation and maintenance. The ideal recovery of ohgosaccharides from streamed wastewater could prompt membrane technology to apply in environment protection and other special separation processes.
