摘　　要：就业信息是大学生充分就业的重要保障,有助于就业心理的健康发展。本文针对大学生就业现状及其面临的就业心理问题,分析就业信息资源在大学生就业中的重要作用,提出构建完善的就业信息体系,促进大学毕业生充分就业,保证大学生就业心理的健康发展。The employment information is an important ensures of full employment, contributes to the healthy development of psychological employment. In this paper, the current situation of employment and the employment mentality problem were discussed. Then this paper analyzed that the information resources played an important role in process of job- hunting. It also suggested that perfect employment information system should be constructed, university graduate full employment should be promoted, and psychological health of college student employment develop ment should be ensured.
