摘　　要：高校构建各个学科的核心知识非常重要,通过分析图书和学科核心知识体系的内在联系,论述高校建立学科核心图书目录的重要意义。并以中国科学技术大学图书馆建立学科核心图书目录为例,介绍一种基于图书馆藏信息的学科核心图书提取系统。In the paper, the aim and significance of core knowledge construction in college were discussed. By analyzing the inherent links of books and the system of core knowledge, the article introduced great significance of building the core book catalogue. As the example of the library of University of Science and Technology of China, a core books information system based on the core books lend information was introduced in the end.
