正交试验法优选鸡枞多糖的提取工艺

摘　　要：目的优选鸡枞多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验方法,以鸡枞多糖得率为考察指标,对影响鸡枞多糖的提取的浸提比、浸提时间、乙醇沉淀浓度等因素进行试验。结果鸡枞多糖的最佳提取条件为2h的浸提时间、1∶20的浸提比、85%的乙醇沉淀浓度。结论优选出的提取工艺科学可行。Objective To optimize the technology for processing collybia albuminosa polysaccharopeptide. Methods The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects of three factors including lixiviation ratio, lixiviation time and concentration of alcohol on yield of collybia albuminosa polysaccharopeptide. Results The optimal extraction condition was as follows： lixiviation time, 2 hours; lixiviation ratio, 1 ： 20 ; and alcohol concentration, 85 %. Conclusion The optimal extraction technology is scientific and feasible.
