摘　　要：运用统计分析和实地调查方法,结合EOS/MOD IS卫星遥感监测结果,分析2008年广西出现罕见低温冻害天气的特征、成因及其对广西甘蔗及蔗糖生产造成的具体影响,为相关部门定量评估这次灾害和制定相应防御对策提供决策参考。The characteristics and causes of the unusual cold and freezing disasters in 2008 and their impact on sugarcane production in Guangxi are analyzed on the basis of the statistical analysis, field investigation and monitoring data of EOS/MODIS satellite. It provides the references for the related authorities to assess this disaster quantitatively and make relevant strategy of disaster prevention.
