摘  要:目的:观察低能量氦氖激光血管内照射疗法(ILIB)对脑梗塞的治疗效果。方法:对照观察38例脑梗塞急性期患者的临床疗效、血液流变学变化,并应用放射免疫法测定血浆血小板α颗粒膜蛋白140(GMP140)浓度。结果:ILIB组的临床总有效率为92%,治疗后血液流变学指标及血浆GMP140浓度较治疗前均有明显下降。结论:ILIB疗法可降低血液粘度,抑制血小板聚集功能,在药物治疗基础上,应用该疗法可取得更好的临床效果。Objective: To observe the efficacy of low energy HeNe laser intravascular irradiation in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods:38 patients with cerebral infarction were treated with low energy HeNe laser intravascular irradiation, once a day for 15 times; another 30 cases were treated with drugs as control group. The therapeutic effect and hemorrheology were observed; the concentration of GMP140 was detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: After treatment, 92% of total effective rate was obtained in treatment group, while the hemorrheologic values and concentration of plasma GMP140 were respectively decreased. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion: It is indicated that the low energy HeNe laser intravascular irradiation may decrease the blood viscosity, inhibit the platelet aggregation. Based on the drug therapy, it will get better efficacy using this treatment .
