超氧化物岐化酶与老年口腔疾病的关系

摘　　要：本文对50例中年组、46例老年前期组、41例老年组检测了红细胞内超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力,结果为老年前期组和老年组受试者的SOD活力和中年对照组有显著差异,而老年各组中口腔疾病患者较中年对照组差别更显著,说明SOD与老年人口腔疾病发病有密切关系。In this study, 50 cases of the middle adged group, 46 cases of the earlier stage of elderty, 41 cases ot the elderly were investigated through SOD examination. The results were as follows statisically significant differences were found betwen the two elderly groups and the middle adged group, The results indicate that SOD is closely related to the oral diseases in the elderly.
