摘　　要：高职院校必须面向市场、面向企业,使企业文化渗透到办学理念之中,只有掌握校园文化与企业文化交融的途径,坚持对学生进行人文素养、职业素养、劳动技能和团队精神等方面的培养,才能使高职院校培养的人才更受企业的青睐,从而畅通学生的就业渠道。Higher vocational colleges must be market-oriented and business-oriented, so that the enterprise culture can be integrated with the ideas of running a school. Based on the integration of campus culture and enterprise culture, teachers should follow such aspects as to cultivate the students＇humanistic quality,teach them professional knowledge, train their working skill as well as team spirit and so on, to make the students qualified in enterprises.
