疱疹病毒感染与格林巴利综合症

摘　　要：目的研究疱疹病毒感染与格要巴利综合征（ＧＢＳ）的发病的关系。方法用ＰＣＲ和ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测４０例ＧＢＳ的血清和脑脊液中的疱次病毒及其抗体，并和其他神经系统疾病组以及正常人对照组时行比较。结果ＰＣＲ检测到２例ＧＢＳ脑脊液中有疱疹病毒存在。ＥＬＩＳＡ检测结果。ＥＬＩＳＡ检测结果：①三组脑脊液疱疹病毒ＩｇＭ全部阴性。②ＧＢＳ组２４例脑脊液中疱疹病毒ＩｇＧ阳性者麻疹病毒ＩｇＧ也全部阳性。③病人组和疾病对照组的脑脊液内疱疹病毒ＩｇＧ以及血清内疱疹病毒ＩｇＭ的阳性率差异均无显著意义（Ｐ＞００５）。结论：ＰＣＲ结果提示少数ＧＢＳ的发病与疱疹病毒有关。ＥＬＩＳＡ结果提示：格林巴利病人脑脊液中的相应的疱疹病毒抗体是非特异性的，是血脑屏障破坏所致。Objective to study the relationship between Herpesvirus infections and Gaillain-Barre Syndrome(GBS). Methods With the methods of PCR and ELISA, were genes and antibodies of Herpesvirus in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 40 patients with GBS were, Control groups of other neurololgic diseases and ordinary people were set up. Results It was shown that HSV and EBV in CSF of 2 patients with GBS were observed by PCR respectively. The results of SLISA showed that (1)There was not any herpesvirus lgM in CSF of 3 groups (80cases);(2)Herpesvirus lgG was positive in CSF of 24 cases from group GBS, So wwas measles virus lgG.(3)There were no significant difference (P>005) in positive rates ofHSV lgM in serum and HSV lgG in CSF from both groups of GBS and OND. Conclusions The results of PCR revealed that there might be Some relationships between herpesvirus infections and GBS.The rresults of ELISA suggested that the antibodies to herpesvirus in CSF of GBS patients werre not specifically, which did mot result from infection of centnal nervous system but the damage of blod-hrain-barrier.
