摘　　要：恶性肿瘤的研究已经取得了巨大进步,但根治癌症依然任重道远。越来越多的研究发现肿瘤细胞和胚胎细胞生物学行为存在某些相似之处,这启发人们从发育生物学角度去认识肿瘤的发生、发展,寻找逆转恶性肿瘤的方法。Significant advances have been achieved in the investigation of malignant tumor, but it is far away from radically curing them. Recently, it has been described that the biological behaviors of cancer cells are similar to those of embryonic cells in many studies. It enlightens us to study the cancer cells using the view of developmental biology. Maybe we can find ways to reverse malignant tumor.
