论西藏教育技术管理者应具备的责任与素质

摘　　要：西藏学校教育技术管理者的工作责任和素质,同其现代教育技术发展密切相关。强调管理者的责任和素质,有利于促进现阶段学校教育技术管理工作的健康发展,有利于促进教育技术在学校教育教学中的应用质量。目前,现代教育技术在学校教学中普遍存在"重应用、轻管理"的现象,严重地制约着现代教育技术整体功能的发挥。本文结合西藏现代教育技术发展的具体情况,对学校教育技术管理者的责任及其素质要求进行了初步的探讨。Tibetan school education technical managers＇ work responsibility and quality,with my area of modern education is closely related to technological development. Stressed the responsibility and the quality of managers,and help to promote the work＇ s healthy development of technology management at this stage of school education,and help to promote quality of teaching in aspects of educational technology of school. At present,the modern educational technology of teaching are prevalent in the ＂Pays great attention to apply, neglected management＂ phenomenon,and seriously restricting the modern educational technology overall function.In this paper,with the development of modern educational technology in Tibet and the specific conditions of the school,the requirements of education technical managers＇ responsibility and quality are carried on the preliminary discussion.
